Choir at the Hornets
On
Friday, November 6, 2009, the St. Pius X School Choir sang the National Anthem
at the Hornets versus Raptors Game. Father Pat Williams gave the Invocation.
The 37 member elementary choir, led by Miss Stephanie Dureau has performed at
three Hornets’ Games. This is a great social event for our school. Many
faculty and families attended to cheer on the choir and the Hornets.
In December, our school choir will sing at Harrison Avenue Marketplace, Royal
Sonesta Hotel and will have a Choir and Band Concert on campus. Students in 4th
through 7th grades are eligible to join.
