• Age requirements

  • Pre-Kindergarten 3 - must be 3 by September 30^th of school year

  • Pre-Kindergarten 4 - must be 4 by September 30^th of school year

  • Kindergarten - must be 5 by September 30^th of school year
     

• If you are unable to attend our Open House, please call the school at 282-2811 to schedule a private tour during school hours.
   

• A complete application is due in February – documents needed:

  • Completed application

  • Copy of birth certificate

  • Copy of Baptismal certificate

  • Copy of social security card

  • Transcripts (grades 1-7)

  • Standardized tests scores (grades 1-7)

  • Immunizations records

  • Letter to Church Pastor if family lives outside St. Pius parish or non-Catholic
     

• Student and parent interview dates are in February and March.
   

• The final decision regarding enrollment will be left to the discretion of the pastor and principal  The Admission Committee will notify families beginning the last week of March.

  • Children of registered and supporting parishioners; siblings of currently enrolled students; children of alumni will be given priority

  • Children of Catholic non-parishioners (baptismal certificate required)

  • Non-Catholic children
     

• Enrollment/Registration Week is in April
   

• Tuition paid by check is due in April
   

• Bank Loans for tuition at First Bank and Trust must be completed by May

Applications for admission are accepted at any time throughout the year.  Applications received after March will be reviewed on an individual basis. 
St. Pius X School admits all qualified students of any race, color, nationality, ethnic original, handicapping condition or ancestry.

 Tuition for Pre-Kindergarten 3 (half-day)
·         $3,270.00 for each student who is a supporting family of St. Pius X Parish
·         $3,270.00 for each student who is Catholic, plus a non-support fee
·         $3,430.00 for non-Catholic students 

Tuition for Pre-Kindergarten 3 and 4 (full-day)
·         $4,900.00 for each student who is a supporting family of St. Pius X Parish
·         $4,900.00 for each student who is Catholic, plus a non-support fee
·         $5,150.00 for non-Catholic students 

Tuition for Grades Kindergarten – 7^th
·         $4,300.00 for each student who is a supporting family of St. Pius X Parish
·         $4,300.00 for each student who is Catholic, plus a non-support fee
·         $4,750.00 for non-Catholic students
·         A reduced rate is given when a family has two or more students 

Fees for Grades Pre-Kindergarten – 7^th
·         $150.00 non-refundable registration fee
·          $15.00 fee for each family for the Clarion Herald
·         $300.00 non-support fee for each student who is not registered, active,
           and supporting family of St. Pius X Parish
