Pack Meeting! - The next pack meeting
will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2008, at 7:00
p.m., in the St. Pius X Gymnasium. In addition, the pack
will hold its Christmas Part at this meeting. All Scouts
should bring a wrapped Matchbox or Hot Wheels car to the meeting
to exchange in anticipation of January's Pinewood
Derby!
Fifth Annual Ten Commandments
Hike - The Southeast Louisiana Council will hold
its Fifth Annual Ten Commandments Hike on Friday, November 28,
2008, at 10:00 a.m., along St. Charles Avenue in New Orleans. For

Hornets Game Tickets - The pack will attend
a New Orleans Hornets game on Saturday, December 6, 2008, at 7:00
p.m., in the New Orleans Arena. In addition to watching the St.
Pius X Catholic School Choir singing the National Anthem, the
pack's members will participate in a Kid's Tunnel for the
Hornets players! Tickets will be distributed upon return from the
Thanksgiving holiday.
Scouts for Football! - The pack
will participate in the Scouts for Football event during the New
Orleans Bowl on Sunday, December 21, 2008, at the Superdome.
Scouts and Scout Leaders in uniform attend for free! Parents,
family members and friends may purchase tickets at a cost of $10
per ticket. If you have not done so already, please notify your
den leader if you plan to attend and make sure that he or she
receives payment for any tickets no later than Monday, December
1st.
Good Turn for America - The
following dens have been assigned with maintaining Pack 100's
adopted area of New Orleans City Park during the weeks noted:
Den 2 - November 23rd; Den 3 -
November 30th; Den 4 - December 7th; Den
5 - December 14th; Den 6 - December
21st; and, Den 7 - December 28th. Please check
the calendar and contact your Den Leader for the specific date
and time when your den will visit City Park.
